  1. How does the gift voucher work?

    Gift recipients can enter the unique gift voucher code supplied by Niven & Joshua at checkout to get the value of the voucher off his or her purchase.

    A gift voucher is only redeemable for its entire value, no 'change' can be given. A gift voucher code is a special 'one off' code and can only be used once. Once a customer enters the code and redeems it against a purchase the code then becomes redundant.

  3. How do I receive Niven & Joshua's newsletter?

    Please sign up by entering your email address in the box towards the bottom left of any page. Niven & Joshua newsletters are generally sent once a month but on special occasions there maybe more than one. We won't bombard you with junk but you can choose to opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our newsletters.

  4. If I am on the Niven & Joshua mailing list, will you pass my details on to other companies?

    Your details will not be passed on to any third parties. For more information please review our Privacy Policy.

  5. How do I contact Niven & Joshua?

    Use the contact page and send us an email. One of our customer services team will reply as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours or less.

Ordering

  1. If I choose the 'Send as a gift' option, where will my invoice be sent?

    If you choose the 'Send as a gift' option your invoice will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide. We will not send the invoice to the recipients address unless specified by you.

  2. How does the 5% off voucher work?

    Niven & Joshua offer a '5% off your next order' voucher. When a customer completes an order through nivenandjoshua.co.uk their custom will be rewarded with a discount voucher for 5% off their next order. The voucher will be a specific code which will be emailed to the purchasers email address 2 weeks after an order has been placed. The code can be entered at checkout for any subsequent order.

    There is no minimum or maximum spend necessary and all vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date the customer placed their original order. Each code is valid for one order.

    Niven & Joshua Ltd reserves the right to cancel a voucher code at any time.

  3. Will my payment be taken securely?

    Yes. We use a world renowned Payment Service Provider(PSP) called SecureTrading, who are one of the safest and most secure online PSPs in the world, offering the most comprehensive selection of counter fraud services available today. SecureTrading employ the following, to minimise the risk of fraud: 3-D Secure, CVV2, AVS, SecureTrading Fraud Score, IP checking and SecureTrading Identity Check which enables full KYC checks.

    Your payment card details are never seen or saved by Niven & Joshua Ltd.

  4. Do Niven & Joshua's prices online include VAT?

    Yes they do, at the prevailing rate, which is currently 17.5%.

Shipping

  1. What if I’m not in when Royal Mail make a delivery?

    The postman or postwoman will leave a card explaining how you can get your parcel.

  2. What are Niven & Joshua's shipping costs and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

  3. I think my order has been lost, what should I do?

    If you believe your item has been lost then please contact us by email quoting your order reference number.

    Niven & Joshua cannot consider compensation for a lost order until fifteen working days have elapsed since the delivery due date for First Class and International Signed For items and ten working days for Special Delivery™ Next Day orders.

Returns

  1. If I order online, can I return my item(s)?

    Yes, as long as you return your item(s) to us within 28 days from the purchase date by post to the Niven & Joshua mail order returns department, we will happily give you an exchange or refund. Include a brief note explaining your reason for returning your item(s). Please make sure you send it via registered post, as we can't be responsible for anything that goes missing. The goods must be unused and complete with original proof of purchase.

  2. What if my item(s) arrives damaged?

    If items are damaged upon receipt you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will decide on the best course of action to rectify any problems. Items which are used, not in their original packing and/or undamaged can't be accepted.
